We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. However, special deliveries can be arranged for these days.

How to order

There are 3 ways that you can order our products:

Orders by email or fax are only considered accepted by Eflora when acknowledged by a phone call from one of our representatives. Proof of sending is not proof of delivery.

Price and sales tax

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5%.

Prices quoted include standard local delivery.

Methods of payment

All orders must be paid in full before delivery. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card or cheque.  All orders can be placed at our store location.

All cheques should be crossed and made payable to "Eflora" and mailed to:

For payments by cheque, delivery will only be made after the cheques have been cleared.

Substitution

While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal non-availability of certain types of flowers, or where the flowers in stock do not meet our stringent quality standards. Eflora reserves the right to substitute any out-of-stock products with others of equivalent or higher value. In the unlikely event of a substitution, utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as close as possible to the requested item.

Delivery information

All orders must be fully paid before delivery.

Eflora offers Standard Local Delivery as well as EfloraZoom, a 2-hour Express Delivery service.

Standard local delivery

Eflora provides free Standard Local Delivery for all floral arrangement orders delivered within Singapore island.  A surcharge of S$15.00 is applicable for deliveries made to Sentosa island.

Orders received before 12 noon Singapore time will be delivered on the same day.  Orders received after 12 noon Singapore time will be delivered on the next working day.

A surcharge of S$15.00 is applicable for deliveries made on Sundays and public holidays.

EfloraZoom (2-hour Express Delivery)

EfloraZoom is our 2-hr Express Delivery Service.  Upon confirmation, your orders will be delivered within 2 hrs.  A surcharge of S$20.00 is applicable for this service.  All other surcharges apply.  This service is not available during festive seasons.

Redirection of orders

In the event that an order has to be redirected after a delivery has been attempted due to wrong address being given, incomplete address given, no such person, etc., a surcharge of S$15.00 will be applicable for every redirection.

Change of delivery address

Any change of delivery address must be made one business day prior to the delivery date. If the change of delivery address is made on the delivery date, we reserve the right to treat the change as a redirection of the order.  In such cases, redirection surcharges apply.

Cancellation of orders, Returns and Refunds

There will be no charge for orders cancelled at least one business day before the delivery date.

For floral arrangements, a surcharge of 50% of the value of the order is applicable if the order cancellation is made on the day of delivery.

Refunds will be made in the same mode as that of the payment.

Security and privacy

Any information that we collect is held in strictest confidence.  We do not trade, rent or sell this information to other companies. We do use this information to personalize your shopping experience as well as to notify you about special offers, services and enhancements that may take place on the site.
